Description
This coffee is less processing forward than the others from Finca Primavera. Still we think it belongs to the processing series. It showcases a split where you can taste both the processing and the origin characteristics. We find a high sweetness, a smooth mouthfeel with a silky body. Also florals and a tea like finish can be found. Overall a very comfortable coffee with a nice complexity can be found. We think this coffee showcases perfectly that new school processings do not nessesarily have to outshine the origin characteristics as shown here in a beautiful example.
