Shipping policy
We collect all orders until Friday 6 pm. Dispatch freshly roasted every Monday.
Domestic Shipping:
We send all shipments within Germany with DHL Standard Shipping and will provide you with a tracking number. We can ship per DHL Express at your own expense.
Shipping time are 1-3 business days
Shipping within Germany 4,20€/ for orders above 40€ Free Shipping.
EU Shipping:
For all orders under 60€, we offer a flat shipping rate of 6,50 €. This ensures swift and reliable delivery straight to your doorstep.
This provides clear shipping, tax, and return policies for your webshop customers.
Please note that these shipping rates apply exclusively to deliveries within the European Union.
All international orders are not subject to german tax, but you may be charged for tax, customs or other fees at your place of delivery. All fees and duties will be paid by the receiver.
We don't take any liability for the time and condition of products shipped to you. We will do our absolute best to make sure you get your products on time and in good condition, and supply you with a tracking number for our couriers.
For orders above 60 € we offer FREE SHIPPING
UK Shipping
We are happy to offer tracked international shipping for your orders to the UK. Below are the rates based on the weight of your package:
