We first came across these filters at World of Coffee in Brussels and, to be honest, we were sceptical at first.

We’ve tried quite a few filter innovations over the years that sounded promising but didn’t really convince us in the cup.

This one did.

Thanks to its unique Hiflux structure, the filter offers significantly less resistance and a faster flow rate than conventional paper filters. That gives us more freedom with our grind size and helps bring out complex flavours without sacrificing clarity.

The result is a cup with vibrant clarity, a silky mouthfeel and plenty of natural body.And honestly? The price-to-performance ratio is a 10/10. A small change in the brewing process, but one that can make a big difference in the cup.
