Description
This coffee is a masterpiece. You can taste both the processing and the variety/terroir characteristics at the same time. The Gesha shines with a super silky tactile and lots of bright florals in the cup. We have a complex citric and tartaric mellow acidity and a lingering refreshing aftertaste. The processing adds an ice tea mouthfeel, a super high sweetness coming from the koji fermentation as well as a „special twist“ in the end. This coffee is a journey as it is super complex from hot to cold.
